Responsibilities
• Guide new customers through onboarding and product setup
• Respond to customer questions with clear, timely, and helpful communication
• Educate customers on product features, workflows, and best practices
• Track customer goals, adoption signals, issues, and follow-up actions
• Identify risks and escalate technical or account concerns to the right teams
• Capture customer feedback and partner with product, support, and sales teams
Qualification
Required
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain product concepts clearly to different audiences
• Comfort learning software tools and managing multiple customer conversations
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
Preferred
• Internship, part-time, volunteer, or project experience in customer success, support, account management, or hospitality
• Familiarity with CRM, help-desk, project management, or collaboration tools
• Experience supporting a SaaS, technology, education, or recruiting product
• Basic ability to analyze customer usage data and identify trends
