What You'll Do
As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for building, strengthening, and maintaining long-term relationships with our B2B SaaS clients, ensuring they achieve measurable success with our platform. You’ll work closely with our product, deliverability, and sales teams to provide strategic guidance, drive adoption, and create high-value customer experiences that support retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS clients, serving as their main strategic partner throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Lead end-to-end onboarding, ensuring smooth technical implementation, proper email infrastructure setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and successful product adoption.
- Monitor and optimize email deliverability performance, proactively identifying issues, guiding warm-up processes, and advising clients on best practices to improve inbox placement.
- Conduct regular QBRs/EBRs to review performance, align on goals, and present actionable insights that drive client success and long-term value.
- Analyze customer health metrics, product usage, engagement trends, and deliverability KPIs to proactively mitigate risks and reduce churn.
- Act as the customer advocate internally, providing structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and Support to influence product improvements.
- Drive account growth, identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with Sales to expand product usage within existing accounts.
- Build tailored success plans that outline objectives, milestones, and strategies for achieving meaningful customer outcomes.
- Provide ongoing training and best-practice guidance, ensuring customers use the product efficiently and follow industry standards in email outreach.
- Resolve issues with a client-first mindset, ensuring timely follow-up, clear communication, and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized account documentation in CRM systems, including success metrics, risk flags, action plans, and communication logs.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong expertise in email deliverability, including understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up processes, and inbox placement best practices.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of mid-market or enterprise accounts, driving retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Experience leading customer onboarding, technical setup, and product training sessions.
- Ability to run QBRs/EBRs, present insights, and communicate value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer health metrics, usage data, and deliverability KPIs.
- Demonstrated success in identifying upsell or expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first and solution-oriented approach.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams.
- Well-organized and structured in maintaining CRM records, success plans, and account documentation.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of email deliverability trends, outreach tools, and customer success best practices.
