This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Updox. We are currently looking for a Head of Product Marketing in United States. This leadership role offers the opportunity to define and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy for a suite of healthcare technology solutions. The Head of Product Marketing will drive market research, competitive insights, and positioning to inform product roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives. This position requires collaboration across product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure solutions meet evolving customer needs and remain differentiated in the SMB healthcare space. The role blends strategic thinking with operational execution, empowering the team to deliver impactful campaigns and enablement programs that drive growth and customer engagement. You will also mentor and scale a high-performing product marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and lead the overall product marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and TAM/SAM/SOM assessments to identify opportunities in the SMB healthcare IT space
  • Define product positioning, messaging frameworks, and unique value propositions tailored to target customer segments
  • Oversee go-to-market plans for new product launches and existing products, ensuring alignment with growth marketing initiatives
  • Build and evolve the Voice of the Customer (VoC) strategy to capture insights that shape product and marketing strategies
  • Establish and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure campaign and initiative effectiveness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales enablement, content creation, and customer engagement programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Informatics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
  • Deep understanding of healthcare SaaS solutions, including EHR, practice management, revenue cycle, and patient engagement systems
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, planning, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executives
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and project management tools
  • Track record of launching and scaling products successfully in competitive markets
