Job title: Sales Area Manager - EuropeLocation: Europe

I am currently partnered exclusively with an industry leading global Personal Care and Homecare contract manufacturer. We are in search for a Sales Account Manager to manage the geographical area assigned in Europe.

*This is a remote position, you must be able to travel to Europe.

Essential requirements

  • 5+ yrs experience in a sales function of a major well-structured company.
  • 2+ years of experience in the FMCG market.
  • Previous key account management experience - preferably FMCG accounts.
  • Speak fluent English.
  • Have a University Degree.
  • Good knowledge of the market of the assigned regions.
  • Solid analytical and financial skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
  • Knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales initiatives in the assigned area/accounts needed to achieve the strategy targets.
  • Define an action plan to secure the identified budget.
  • Carry out sales forecasts and profit analysis.
  • Further develop sales on existing clients in the territory.
  • Identify and activate new business opportunities.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in product pipeline.
  • Liaise with the internal departments to assure client expectations.
  • Suggest improvements for the business process.

  • Willing to travel extensively.
  • Self-starter.
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation).

  • Adaptable - be able to navigate fast past environment.
