Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of our automotive business in Baltic countries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and leading the team to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the automotive market in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to achieve company goals and market share growth.
• Sales & Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including sales, service, finance, and inventory management.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring team members meet their individual goals and contribute to the company's success**.**
• Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, financial reports, and KPIs to ensure business targets are met.
• Compliance: Ensure dealership operations comply with local laws, manufacturer standards, and company policies.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in automotive management, with a proven track record in sales and operations.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive market in Baltic countries, especially Lithuania, including customer preferences and business practices.
• Communication: Fluent in English and one of the Baltic countries (both written and spoken); strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field (preferred).
