Job Description
Salary: £36,900 – 41,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)
Home-based: You can work remotely from anywhere within the UK with occasional travel to our sites across the country.

Job Description
You’ll be a part of the client’s Digital Marketing team, within the Marketing & Communications department. Alongside the Senior Digital Manager and Paid Media Executive, you’ll form a collaborative, high-performing team that drives innovation and optimization across paid search and social. You'll also work closely with SEO, organic social, CRM, and fundraising colleagues, as well as their media agency, to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll design and oversee paid media campaigns that deliver measurable results. By growing online engagement, supporter acquisition, and income generation, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening the client’s financial sustainability and their ability to reach more people at the end of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead paid search and paid social strategy, managing high-value budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Oversee and optimise campaigns in-house and with the media agency.
- Mentor and support the Digital Marketing Executive (Paid Media), fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Drive integration of paid and organic search/social strategies to maximise impact.
- Use performance data and insights to inform strategy and future growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and platform policies across all activities.
Key Criteria:
- Established experience as a senior expert in paid search and social.
- Proven success in developing and delivering impactful paid media strategies.
- Expert knowledge of platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Experience managing significant budgets and reporting on ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Drive for innovation and improvement.
