• Keep the community support worker schedules running like clockwork

Skills & Experience You’ll Need

• Previous scheduling or rostering experience with 30+ staff (logistics)
• Strong problem-solving and reporting skills – you’re always on top of it
• Excellent communicator who thrives under pressure
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready for fast-paced challenges
