integratedliving is seeking a motivated, compassionate and solution-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Carrington Contact Centre in a Permanent Full-Time position working across a rotating roster, 7 days a week.

About The Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, Support Workers and community vendors. You’ll provide clear information, resolve enquiries and deliver empathetic support to people who may be navigating complex or challenging situations.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team where quality service, compassion and finding solutions are at the heart of what we do.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Deliver high-quality and professional customer service across multiple communication channels
- Respond to enquiries and complaints with empathy, efficiency and confidence
- Accurately record client interactions and updates in internal systems
- Problem-solve and think creatively to support client needs
- Adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes

- Has proven customer service experience and a genuine people-first approach
- Is a confident and clear communicator with strong attention to detail

- Can confidently work across a rotating 7-day roster
- Understands that flexibility with working days and hours is important to meet the needs of our clients and services
