Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support in Danish and English.
- Assist customers with questions related to automotive digital services.
- Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and effective solutions.
- Guide customers through digital features, services, and relevant processes.
- Troubleshoot common technical and account-related issues.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
- Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative remote working environment.
- Native or fluent Danish, both written and spoken.
- Native or fluent English.
- Must already reside in Portugal.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Interest in technology, digital services, and the automotive industry.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage but not required.
- Fully remote position within Portugal.
- Monday-to-Friday schedule.
- Working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Saturdays and Sundays off.
- Work equipment provided by the company.
- Equipment collection or delivery depends on the candidate's distance from the office.
