• Build good, trusting relationships with customers through friendly and clear communication
• Give accurate and quick answers to customer questions by phone and email, and escalate issues when needed
• Handle customer complaints by finding solutions and fixing problems on time
• Keep high service standards by following company rules and guidelines
• Suggest ideas to improve processes and make work more efficient
• Work with other teams to resolve customer issues smoothly
• Manage complex payment-related cases with care and attention

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, with strong speaking and typing skills
• Ability to help customers through both written and spoken communication, sometimes at the same time
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Very good communication skills — able to explain things clearly and professionally
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Confident computer user, with experience using Google Workspace (Google Suite)
