About the Role
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for ISMG customers, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our content, events, and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with account management.
- Maintain detailed records using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Identify and report customer feedback trends.
- Contribute to support documentation and FAQs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years in a customer support role (remote preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-centric attitude.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk.
Skills and QualificationsRequired: Customer service experience, CRM proficiency, independent work ethic, strong internet connection.
Preferred: Media or cybersecurity experience, knowledge of digital platforms and troubleshooting, familiarity with tools like Asana, Slack, and Zoom.
