HubStar is hiring for a Mid-Market Account Manager. This is a quota-carrying role responsible for managing an approximately 100 customer portfolio of existing mid-sized clients (typically $5k - $50k+ ARR). The role focuses equally on renewing the existing base, upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the trusted advisor for key stakeholders (including C-level and Directors).
  • Conduct consistent, Business Reviews (BRs) to showcase achieved ROI and define future strategic alignment.
  • Proactively monitor usage and health scores to mitigate churn risk and drive full feature adoption.
  • Own and manage a pipeline focused on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working complex deals from discovery to close.
  • Cultivate customer advocates for testimonials, case studies, and references.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in Account Management or B2B sales with direct responsibility for retention and expansion within a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to carry an expansion quota and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals in the mid-market segment.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, capable of influencing both end-users and executive sponsors.

Compensation is 70K Base Salary with 70K Variable Based on Commissions
