Operations Manager

Fully remote company, hours are 9am-5pm EST. This is an Independent Contractor role. Open to applicants worldwide.

I'm the founder and I need a number two to own the operational side of the business.

This position is open to Executive Assistants, but you must be senior and able to own things end-to-end. I’ve had enough EAs that were wonderful people but didn’t push back when needed – I tend to eat them alive 🙂

What you'll do:

• Be the point of contact for clients during US business hours — including pushing back when expectations are unrealistic
• Own business operations: payroll, invoicing, vendor coordination across multiple countries
• Support the internal team: flag stalled searches, track pipeline health, keep things from breaking
• Execute revenue ideas: build candidate monetization funnels, set up automations, create SOPs

Who you are:

• You've worked directly with a founder or CEO before
• You don't freeze when instructions aren't a checklist
• You push back when you have better information
• Your English is strong — written and spoken
• Based in Eastern Europe or Latin America

Who you're not:

• Someone who narrates problems instead of solving them
• Someone who forwards emails instead of handling them
• Someone who needs to be told what to do every day
