Customer Support Associate — Hiring

We are supporting a partner company in identifying a Customer Support Associate to assist customers and help ensure a smooth service experience.

This role is suited for someone who is communicative, solution-oriented, and comfortable handling customer interactions in a structured environment.

What you will be working on

• Responding to customer inquiries via chat or email

• Assisting users with product or service-related questions

• Troubleshooting basic issues and escalating when necessary

• Documenting interactions and updating support records

• Following internal service guidelines and response standards

• Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience
