We’re growing quickly in the US, and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to help shape what that growth looks like.
About the Role
We’re hiring an organized, people-focused Customer Success Representative to join our remote US team. You’ll work closely with our VP, North America and the wider UK-based customer team to onboard new customers, nurture long-term relationships, and help clients get real value from Hello Lamp Post.
This is an early-career role with huge exposure and responsibility. You’ll be our third US-based hire, which means you’ll have a real voice, wear multiple hats, and grow alongside the business as we expand across North America.

What You’ll DoOwn the customer journey
- Onboard new customers and guide them through best practices to help them achieve their goals
- Act as a trusted point of contact from first conversation through renewal
Build strong, happy customer relationships
- Maintain consistent, well-organized touchpoints via email, calls, and scheduled meetings
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
Manage projects and priorities
- Support customers throughout their lifecycle in a fast-moving startup environment
- Keep track of timelines, deliverables, and next steps with exceptional attention to detail
Help customers grow with us
- Understand customer pain points and identify opportunities to expand their use of Hello Lamp Post
- Tailor communications to different sectors and become a subject-matter expert in each
Be the voice of the customer
- Gather insights and feedback to help shape product improvements and the roadmap
- Advocate internally for customer needs and opportunities
Represent Hello Lamp Post
- Be an enthusiastic ambassador for our mission, product, and values
- Build credibility and trust through clarity, warmth, and professionalism
What We’re Looking ForExperience
- 1+ year in a customer-facing role or a recent graduate with strong internships and a passion for tech-for-good
- Experience with SaaS products, project coordination, or CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
- Backgrounds in humanities, communications, public service, or customer advocacy are very welcome
Skills
- Exceptionally organized, with a love of structure, follow-ups, and clear processes
- Confident written and verbal communicator who enjoys explaining ideas simply
- Strong relationship-builder who’s comfortable speaking with a wide range of stakeholders

Benefits
- On Track Earnings: $66,000 - 82,000
- Salary: $60-70,000 (dependent on experience)
- Commission - $6-12k
