Role: Technical Management Services – SAP (ECS)Language required: German and EnglishSkill (Mandatory): SAP BASIS/Migration/Upgrade
We are looking for a strong technical consultant to manage and drive customer engagements within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary technical contact for customers and escalation point for critical issues
- Understand customer landscape, business goals, and provide solution-driven recommendations
- Support SAP S/4HANA transformations, migrations, and architecture planning
- Collaborate with CDM, architects, and delivery teams to define long-term service plans
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective technical delivery and support
- Lead technical discussions, operational reviews, and service planning meetings
- Manage incidents, service requests, change impact, and risk assessments
- Deliver proactive services including capacity planning, landscape optimization, and problem management
- Identify opportunities to position ECS portfolio offerings and drive innovation adoption
- Provide guidance using technical reports (EWA, RCA, MSR) and track action items
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in SAP Basis / NetWeaver Administration, upgrades, and migrations
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, and tools
- Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and cloud environments
- Understanding of SAP ecosystem integrations (SCP, Ariba, SuccessFactors – good to have)
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills
