The Role

• Translate product vision into differentiated market positioning by defining clear messaging, positioning, and value propositions.

• Lead customer-backed commercialization and Go-to-Market (GTM) execution, driving launch excellence.

• Continuously optimize GTM performance using market feedback, win/loss insights, and funnel data.

• Synthesize buyer, customer, and competitive intelligence into actionable insights, owning product content strategy.

• Partner with Commercial and Field Marketing to power campaigns and equip commercial teams.

• Drive awareness, adoption, and growth of life sciences automation solutions.

What You'll Need

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; PhD or MBA is a plus.

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, laboratory automation, or related roles within the life sciences industry.

• Solid understanding of automated laboratory workflows and technologies used in life sciences research.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

• Experience in developing marketing content and supporting product launches.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
