We're working with a global leader in international education and digital engagement on this exciting opportunity. We are seeking a visionary leader to own the global Salesforce CRM ecosystem, driving a seamless customer journey across marketing, admissions, and digital channels for thousands of users worldwide.

This is a high-impact role where you will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and technical execution. You will lead an established product team to build a world-class single customer view, leveraging cutting-edge CRM capabilities and marketing automation to fuel international growth and operational excellence.

The Role

• Define and execute the global CRM product vision and roadmap, focusing on Salesforce platform evolution and continuous improvement.

• Lead large-scale global rollouts, managing new releases, complex integrations, and platform optimization across multiple regions.

• Architect a "Single Customer View" by enforcing rigorous data integrity, governance standards, and sophisticated data architecture.

• Partner with Marketing Automation and Digital teams to create high-converting engagement funnels and personalized customer experiences.

• Deliver advanced Tableau or CRM Analytics dashboards to track conversion rates, ROI, and commercial performance KPIs.

What You'll Need

• Deep expertise in CRM Product Management with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-region Salesforce implementations.

• Strong technical fluency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud ecosystems.

• Extensive experience in Stakeholder Management, capable of influencing senior commercial leaders and managing external vendor relationships.

• Data-driven mindset with experience in Marketing Automation tools and advanced Business Intelligence (BI) reporting.

• Proven Leadership experience, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Owners and Analysts.
