The Role
• Act as the primary contact for customers, identifying service needs and determining appropriate actions
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers (FSE) and serve as an intermediary between customers, vendors, and engineers
• Apply company policies to quote processing and invoicing
• Coordinate all field service-related tasks
• Manage and resolve customer complaints, fostering strong interpersonal relationships
• Contribute to a dynamic EMEA Customer Service Team
What You'll Need
• High School diploma (A-level), apprenticeship, or equivalent experience
• C1 level language proficiency in both English and Italian
• Willingness to develop and thrive in a multicultural environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to learn and apply company procedures effectively
