This is a Growth PM role with Human Health that is remote friendly, with office space in Sydney.-- Human Health --

Nearly three-quarters of the global population are affected by chronic disease (WHO), yet most healthcare innovation targets the wealthy - with concierge clinics, luxury wearables, and $1,000+ blood tests out of reach for most.

Human Health was founded by two ex-Canva product leaders, Kate and Georgia to change that - making precision healthcare radically accessible for the 99%, not just biohackers or billionaires. Human helps people living with chronic conditions like ADHD, autoimmune disease, long COVID, anxiety, and rare illnesses track their health, build a full medical record, and get personalised insights - all while contributing to one of the world’s largest living datasets on chronic illness.

We’re looking for a creative, product-obsessed Growth PM to help shape the heartbeat of Human.

This is a rare opportunity to own the full user journey - from first impression to long-term engagement - at a time of fast growth. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and marketing. That means talking to users, spotting patterns, prototyping ideas, refining messaging, and guiding great execution. You won’t just write PRDs - you’ll help decide what we build, why it matters, and how we bring it to life.

You’ll also be the connective tissue between founders, product, design, and growth - ensuring everything we ship feels thoughtful, cohesive, and clearly communicated. With a consumer product, great growth is impossible without great design. It’s not just how it looks - it’s how it works, how it earns trust, and how it makes people feel. In this role, design craft meets product strategy to drive growth that’s not only scalable, but deeply human.

What You’ll be doingCore Responsibilities:

  • Like everyone on the team - Grow MAUs, revenue and most importantly - user love!
  • Work across product discovery and delivery: listen to users, run user tests, spot patterns, run experiments, and translate insights into intuitive ideas and features.
  • Choose the right format for the right part of the process. Write clear, user-validated PRDs and strategy docs, or design great decks to sell the team on your ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, engineering and data science - and be a key thought partner to our product designer, with high taste and good instincts.
  • Nail the execution of user communications including emails, push notifications, app store content, custom landing pages, and website updates, with a focus on experimentation to drive growth.
  • Own the Voice of the Customer process and treat it like a product: manage CS tickets, automate feedback collection, identify user trends, and surface insights to the broader team. Once you’re on top of it, eventually manage handover to external company.

Your Skills and Expertise

  • User-Centric Product Expertise: You must have 3+ years experience in startups / early-stage growth companies with a strong track record in user-focused design, product marketing and making important numbers go up. You would consider yourself a bit of a UX buff and you’re deeply curious about how users think and feel.
  • Turning Customer Insights to Action: You see growth and product as one thing, not two. You’re exceptional at translating user feedback and business needs into clear product and growth ideas, bringing others along for the ride and speccing requirements that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Content and Experimentation Focus: You understand the importance of words and can write killer copy that makes people feel seen. You’re skilled in crafting and managing user-facing content (emails, app store listings, landing pages) with a focus on conversion and A/B testing.
  • Startup In Your Bones: You get on with things without waiting for permission. You’re always wondering how you make something great. You thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly, and are excited to take on new problems as the business grows.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Engineers love working with you. Designers trust your eye. Founders know you’ll ship. You’re experienced in working closely with engineering, design, data and customer support teams to deliver high-quality products and marketing materials.
  • Full-Funnel Ownership You’ve worked across the entire user journey - from top-of-funnel messaging through onboarding, activation, and retention. Bonus points for experience with consumer subscription products.
  • High EQ, Low Ego: You lead with clarity, empathy, and a team-first mindset; you’re comfortable collaborating with anyone, especially founders on product strategy.

What success in your first year looks like

You started by immersing yourself in the team, our goals, and our product - quickly getting a clear sense of where we are and where we're headed. You took full ownership of the Voice of the Customer process, treating it like a product: managing CS tickets initially, smoothly transitioning support to an external partner, and setting up feedback systems that keep the team close to user needs. You become a trusted counterpart to our designer and engineers. Your PRDs are sharp. Your comms are crisp. Your pitches are engaging. You make fast, high-quality shipping feel easy and fun.

You elevate our growth surface: improving everything from our app store listing to onboarding flows, landing pages, and in-product nudges. Every user touchpoint gets tighter, clearer, more human. Because of your work, we’re shipping user-validated features faster, we’re getting great feedback from users, and growth is going up further and to the right. You've leaned into the energy and unpredictability of an early-stage startup, stepping in to help where needed and strengthening the team beyond just your core role.
