This isn't just a sales job. It's consultative selling, relationship building and commercial problem-solving rolled into one with real earning potential and a clear runway for growth within a global organisation. What You'll Do You'll be the driving force behind new business growth, identifying and securing SME customers across domestic and international freight. Working directly with business owners and decision-makers, you'll lead consultative conversations that uncover opportunities to cut costs and streamline operations then own the full sales cycle from first contact through to close and on boarding. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and develop new SME business opportunities across domestic and international shipping - Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and solution design through to closing and activation - Lead consultative conversations with business owners to understand their freight challenges and opportunities - Present tailored shipping solutions powered by InXpress' global carrier partnerships - Build strong, long-term client relationships that support retention and account growth - Collaborate closely with clients and internal operations teams to deliver best-in-class service - Maintain an active pipeline and report on sales performance and opportunities What You'll Bring This role is built for an ambitious sales professional who thrives on building relationships, solving commercial challenges and winning new business.
