Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Service Engineer. Responsibilities include performing on-site technical installations, troubleshooting, and repair services for premium bespoke access control systems. The Field Service Engineer will provide preventive maintenance, ensure optimal system functioning, and address any customer queries or concerns to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Field Service and performing on-site technical installations and maintenance
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively
- Excellent Customer Service skills to communicate effectively, address concerns, and build strong client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Capability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup
- Familiarity with hotel access control systems, electronics, and cloud-based technologies is an advantage
- Relevant technical certifications or a qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field
