About The Role
As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for users who need assistance with an online platform. Your role will involve answering enquiries, investigating reported problems, and guiding users towards the right solutions while maintaining a high standard of service.
This is an Remote opportunity in Braga, offering the chance to work in an international team and develop your skills in the digital services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, addressing a wide range of inquiries including sales, after-
- sales support, product information, and delivery-related questions.
- Provide effective technical troubleshooting using diagnostic tools like TechSee, guiding
- customers through solutions or escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Assist with order and delivery issues, warranty claims, refunds, and replacements, ensuring
- accurate information and timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in English within the CRM
- system.
- Offer product recommendations and support purchase decisions, contributing to a positive
- sales experience.
- Native-level or C1+ fluency in Danish, enabling you to provide exceptional support to
- customers.
- Proven experience in a customer service representative (CSR) role, demonstrating your
- ability to handle diverse customer interactions.
- Relatively advanced PC knowledge, including proficiency in navigating multiple browser
- tabs, applications, and virtual desktops.
- A strong affinity for technology and technical solutions, with a willingness to learn about
- innovative products (no advanced IT knowledge required).
