Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, performing maintenance and repair activities, troubleshooting issues with gas detection systems, and delivering high-quality field service to clients. They will ensure proper functioning of equipment and provide timely solutions to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Field Service and on-site client support
- Office based combined with external site work
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
- Flexibility to work remotely and travel as required for field assignments
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering or a related field is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience in the gas detection industry or a related field would be extremely beneficial
- Must hold a UK passport (minimum 5 years)
