Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Account Manager. The Business Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring satisfaction with our products. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, analyzing market trends, creating and executing strategic plans, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications
- Account management, client relationship management, and customer service skills
- Experience in developing and executing strategic plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a requirement of the role
