We are seeking an Appliance Warranty Manager to lead the development of our warranty operations and drive B2B partnerships for customer referrals. This role combines warranty job management with business development, requiring a professional who can establish this function from scratch and scale it into a strong revenue stream.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, document, and implement end-to-end business processes (SOPs, SLAs, QA checks) and ensure the flawless day-to-day running of warranty operations.
  • Manage and coordinate appliance warranty jobs from start to completion.
  • Build and maintain B2B partnerships with appliance retailers, distributors, and service providers to drive referral business.
  • Develop the warranty operations strategy, processes, and reporting standards.
  • Act as a team lead in developing this new business direction.
  • Stay informed about warranty trends, market conditions, and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in appliance warranty management, electronics, or consumer electronics.
  • Strong background in home appliances preferred; consumer electronics experience also acceptable.
  • Understanding of the US market is highly desirable.
  • Business development or B2B partnership experience is required.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in additional languages is preferred but not required.
  • Location: Open (candidates from any country will be considered).
