Customer Success Specialist

About the RoleFocus Recruitment is partnering with a leading Australian technology business to recruit a Customer Success Representative.

This is a fast-paced, phone-based role where you'll support a portfolio of small business customers, helping them get the most value from their subscription. You'll onboard new customers, nurture existing accounts and build long-term relationships, while working towards achievable sales and activity targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and ensure they're set up for success from day one.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide ongoing support.
• Conduct proactive nurture calls to drive engagement and maximise customer retention.
• Monitor customer performance and provide recommendations to improve results.
• Generate qualified opportunities for the Account Management team.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding business needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce.
• Achieve daily activity and performance targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Follow quality and compliance standards in every customer interaction.

About You

• Previous experience in a high-volume phone-based sales or customer service role is highly regarded.
• Resilient, motivated and driven to achieve targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident handling objections and solving customer problems.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and learning new technology.
• A positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
