What you will be doing: You wont just be "handling calls." You'll be a Brand Ambassador for Audi. You will assist customers via phone, chat, and email, troubleshooting digital products and solving inquiries with enthusiasm. No robotic scripts—just high-quality, professional conversations. What we are looking for:

• Danish (C2) and a good command of English (B2).
• Tech-savviness and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Legal Eligibility: You must hold an EU ID/Passport, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or Visa Type D + NIF.
