About The Role We are seeking a dedicated Data Analyst Course Programme Coordinator to oversee the delivery and administration of our Data Analyst Course Programme, which includes a job guarantee component. The role involves managing the student journey from enrollment through to placement, ensuring a seamless learning experience, and maintaining high standards of course delivery. The coordinator will liaise with instructors, students, and industry partners to facilitate effective training, monitor progress, and support students in achieving their career transition goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI is advantageous, along with a good understanding of the digital skills landscape. • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of the Data Analyst Course Programme, ensuring curriculum alignment with industry standards and certification requirements.
• Manage student enrollment processes, providing guidance and support throughout their learning journey.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for students, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication between learners, instructors, and industry partners.
• Monitor student progress, identify learning challenges, and implement support strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with instructors and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality training sessions and resources.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and career development sessions, including CV writing and interview preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of student achievements, certifications, and placement outcomes.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential employers and industry stakeholders to support job placement efforts.
• Provide regular reports on program performance, student outcomes, and feedback to senior management for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about evolving industry trends and update course content and delivery methods accordingly.
