The Role
We are looking for a full time remote specialist who will manage a caseload of families entirely over the phone. Everyone you speak with has already requested information, so your role is to answer questions clearly and guide a decision. Your week is a repeating cycle of scheduled conversations, preparation, paperwork, status checks, and the follow ups you committed to making. This suits someone tidy with details, steady in temperament, and comfortable owning a set of households from first call to completion. It does not suit someone who wants task lists handed down, or who becomes discouraged when a decision takes several weeks. You will have proper onboarding, a mentor, established conversation frameworks, and colleagues who share what is working in their own caseloads. Pay is performance based.
What the Work Looks Like
• Take ownership of a caseload and know the current status of every household within it
• Hold scheduled phone conversations that begin with understanding rather than with a rehearsed presentation
• Compare available arrangements honestly, including the ones that would cost the household less each month
• Prepare submissions carefully and follow each one through the review process until a decision arrives
• Update households promptly when anything changes, so nobody has to chase you for information
• Schedule and honor callbacks with families who wanted to review the numbers on their own
What We're Looking For
• You can carry several dozen active households in an organized system without losing track of anyone
• You are steady under pressure and do not rush a family toward a decision they resist
• You communicate clearly in speech and in writing, since both matter in every household relationship
• You are self managing and can structure a productive week without daily direction from a supervisor
• You are willing to be coached on recorded conversations and to change how you phrase things
• Anyone seeking predictable hourly compensation regardless of results should look at a different role
What's Included
• A defined onboarding sequence covering products, systems, and the practical mechanics of running a caseload
• Access to experienced specialists who will review a difficult household situation with you the same week
• A steady supply of requests from families who already asked, so prospecting is never part of your job
• Remote work with meaningful control over when your appointment blocks sit in the week
• Professional development assistance and continued education as you take on more complex households
• Your income is tied to performance, so what you complete each month determines what you earn
