  • Write and maintain automated tests for both frontend and backend components using tools such as Jest and React Testing Library.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and deployment automation.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Document technical decisions, design patterns, and system architectures clearly for team and organizational knowledge sharing.
  • Actively participate in technical discussions and code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
  • Continuously improve developer workflows through tooling, linting, and automation.
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of junior engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Go or Java.
  • Solid experience with frontend technologies including ReactJS, Node.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, is a good-to-have.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience writing automated tests for both frontend and backend.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with product managers.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Experience with design systems, Storybook, or similar tools is a plus.
