Factech is a multinational company specializing in providing large companies with IT services in key technologies. We have more than 2,500 professionals serving our major clients. Our offices are located in Spain, Colombia, and Mexico.

At Factech, we continue to grow and are looking to add a Contact Center/Customer Service representative to our team:

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, deploy, and configure the most appropriate platform for each project according to customer requirements.
  • Provide support: manage and resolve incidents and requests through our support center.
  • Work closely with the project leader to ensure successful implementations.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Training in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with incident management and customer service platforms (Freshdesk, Freshservice, Zendesk, ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, OTRS, GLPI, or similar).
  • Programming skills (desirable).
  • Proactivity, communication skills, and vision for business processes.
  • Conversational English
