At Factech, we continue to grow and are looking to add a Contact Center/Customer Service representative to our team:
Responsibilities:
- Implement, deploy, and configure the most appropriate platform for each project according to customer requirements.
- Provide support: manage and resolve incidents and requests through our support center.
- Work closely with the project leader to ensure successful implementations.
What we are looking for in you:
- Training in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience with incident management and customer service platforms (Freshdesk, Freshservice, Zendesk, ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, OTRS, GLPI, or similar).
- Programming skills (desirable).
- Proactivity, communication skills, and vision for business processes.
- Conversational English

Type: Freelance – 100% remote – project until December.
Location: Anywhere in Spain.
