We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of Exquisite Bodies’ commercial growth across Australia. This role will work closely with the senior management team and is responsible for driving engagement and sales within the aesthetic and reconstructive care market. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in healthcare or aesthetic sales and will be comfortable working with plastic surgeons, cosmetic clinics, and select retail partners. This is a remote position with occasional national travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a national sales plan to drive growth and market penetration for Exquisite Bodies across aesthetic and reconstructive care channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with plastic and reconstructive surgeons, nurses, practice managers, and clinical support staff.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into emerging aesthetic and cosmetic surgery markets.
- Deliver product demonstrations, in-services, and educational sessions to ensure product confidence and patient compliance.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences, and key industry events, both locally and nationally.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular reports on customer activity, market insights, and territory performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to support promotional campaigns and streamline the customer experience.
- Monitor competitor activity and report on trends to help shape ongoing product and marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Health Sciences, Nursing, or related discipline).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical or aesthetic product sales, ideally with national or multi-state experience.
- Strong understanding of plastic surgery clinics, cosmetic clinics, and the private healthcare market.
- Proven ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Willingness to travel interstate and attend national meetings and events as required.
