Enterprise Account Manager – Fleet Safety Tech – APAC

Our client is a global leader in fleet safety and driver technology, on a mission to make the world’s roads safer—every day, for everyone. They partner with commercial fleets, transit providers, and logistics companies to reduce accidents and drive smarter decisions behind the wheel. Using real-time data, behavior analytics, and personalized coaching, their platform delivers results that save lives and reduce operational costs.

About the role:

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Enterprise Account Manager to join our client’s growing APAC team. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing key customer relationships post-sale—ensuring high-impact onboarding, long-term success, and account growth. This is a strategic customer-facing role that combines relationship management, technical know-how, and commercial acumen.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across the Bus & Coach and Commercial Fleet segments
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships from operational to C-level stakeholders
  • Oversee onboarding, product adoption, and long-term engagement of customers
  • Ensure contract renewals and identify upselling and cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactively resolve customer issues and act as the primary escalation contact
  • Collect customer feedback and relay actionable insights to internal teams
  • Promote domain expertise and best practices across the APAC region
  • Partner with finance to ensure invoice accuracy and support payment collections
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support local campaigns, client engagement initiatives, and user-training
  • Support regional expansion strategies by identifying new growth opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements:

  • MUST: 5+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B relationship roles
  • MUST: Background in SaaS, fleet tech, telematics, or enterprise software
  • MUST: Fluent in English
  • Experience working with global accounts and cross-cultural teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to engage at the executive level
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Knowledge of the automotive, logistics, or fleet industries is a strong plus
  • Analytical, proactive, and resilient personality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
