About The Client Our client is a rapidly growing fintech company specialising in crypto payment infrastructure. They provide businesses with a full-stack solution to accept, store, send, and exchange digital assets across 50+ cryptocurrencies. Role Overview As a Key Account Manager, take ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients within high-risk industries, ensuring seamless post-sale operations and long-term partnership growth. This role is critical in driving client performance, optimising revenue, and delivering a high-quality customer experience, while collaborating cross-functionally to support scalable and efficient payment solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building strong and trusted relationships
- Manage the full post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, integrations, and ongoing support
- Monitor client performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, transaction volumes) and provide actionable insights
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and implement account development strategies
- Resolve operational and technical issues efficiently, ensuring high client satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally (product, tech, compliance) to deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records and reporting through CRM systems
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the payments, fintech, or crypto industry
- Proven track record in account management, client success, or partner management
- Overall understanding of crypto payments, wallets, or related financial infrastructure
- Experience working with high-risk industries is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools
- Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken)
