This role The Revenue Systems Manager ensures that Employment Hero’s Go-To-Market (GTM) technology stack is reliable, optimized, scalable, and tightly aligned with our global revenue strategy. You will act as the primary system owner for core revenue platforms, bridging the gap between technical capability and sales performance. Your key focus areas will be:
- Drive the operational health, technical configuration, and roadmap for P1 platforms, including Outreach, Gong, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Revenue Hero, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Cognism.
- Oversee core system integrations (e.g., SFDC ↔ Outreach ↔ Gong) to eliminate data friction and ensure high reliability across the GTM stack.
- Lead system evolution and formal change control processes in alignment with Enterprise Technology standards.
- Act as the primary escalation point for platform outages and technical errors, coordinating resolutions with internal IT teams and external vendors.
- Manage high-frequency support requests, including lead routing troubleshooting and user access reviews to ensure global compliance.
- Lead the end-to-end commercial lifecycle for GTM tools, including renewal assessments, ROI measurements, and contract negotiations in partnership with Procurement.
- Maintain strategic vendor relationships to stay ahead of product releases and ensure maximum value extraction from our technology investments.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to advise on the technical feasibility of new automation, AI initiatives, and sequence management.
- Direct the evaluation and implementation of new GTM tools, from initial business case development through to security and architecture reviews.
- Manage and develop one direct report (Systems Analyst/Admin) while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and SOPs for the wider team.
- Deliver targeted system onboarding and enablement sessions to ensure users are proficient in new features and tools.

- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Systems, RevOps, or Sales Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Deep, hands-on experience administering Outreach and Gong (essential).
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, with a focus on GTM tooling integration (Admin certification preferred).
- Experience with the modern stack, including Revenue Hero, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, or similar intent and routing platforms.
- Strong understanding of data flows between Marketing Automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and Sales Engagement (Outreach) platforms.
- Proven experience managing a multi-tiered tech stack with a focus on roadmap development and vendor management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build business cases for new technology and lead complex contract renewals.
- Strategic problem-solving skills to diagnose root causes in complex system syncs and formulate scalable solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey technical system status and incident reviews to commercial stakeholders.
