Tasks
- Own and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs;
- Define product vision, roadmap, and key features in collaboration with stakeholders;
- Translate business requirements into user stories, with clear acceptance criteria;
- Work closely with design and development teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences;
- Act as the voice of the user, continuously seeking feedback and insights;
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility;
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role;
- Strong background working on digital products or platforms (web, mobile, SaaS, etc.);
- Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and define clear user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, stakeholders);
- Comfortable gathering business requirements and translating them into product features;
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Fluent English (spoken and written);
- Must be located in Portugal (this is a full-remote position).
