Our customer, a global digital infrastructure company is seeking a Project Management Analyst for a 12-month period to join their Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Integration team.
The secondee will be expected to have 2 to 5 years of experience in project management and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) integrations, preferably within a professional service, law firm, or law department environment. Experience in corporate transactions, M&A, M&A Integrations and strategic partnerships is highly desirable. The ideal candidate should have supported M&A integration, coordination, and project management.
The secondee will perform, among other, the following roles and responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage integration activities, ensuring the Legal team meets deadlines and delivers on their commitments.
- Tracking and Reporting: Develop and maintain tracking systems to monitor the progress of legal tasks and deliverables, follow up, chase, and ensure deliverables are met.
- Communication: Facilitate interaction between the Legal team and other functional teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and action plans.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies related to legal integration activities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to ensure their requirements are understood and met throughout the integration process.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve integration processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The anticipated start date for the secondee is the first week of June 2025.
The secondment is expected to last 12 months.
