The Role: As a Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser with Eight Mortgages, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own clients while benefiting from our strong brand and full compliance support.. You'll deliver professional, FCA-compliant mortgage and protection advice, providing clients with tailored solutions to meet their financial needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert, whole-of-market mortgage advice to clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Manage your own pipeline from lead generation through to completion
• Keep up to date with lender criteria, market developments, and FCA regulations
• Ensure all advice and documentation meets compliance and quality standards
• Deliver an exceptional client experience built on trust, transparency, and service

Requirements

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification - essential. Equity release desirable, RO5 desirable
• Current or recent FCA authorisation (directly authorised or appointed representative)
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser
• Excellent product knowledge and understanding of mortgage market trends
• Ability to manage your own time, workload, and client relationships
• Self-motivated, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding service
