🌐What You’ll Do

• Architect and build modern hosting environments from the ground up, with a focus on observability, security, and infrastructure-as-code.

• Lead infrastructure design & technical direction, mentoring and guiding junior engineers along the way.

• Take ownership of network operations, including switching, routing, firewalls, wireless, VPN, compute, and storage.

• Support and transform legacy infrastructure, migrating systems to a cloud-first, automation-driven model.

• Partner with DevOps, TechOps, InfoSec, and Engineering teams to ensure systems are resilient, scalable, and secure.

• Play a key role in disaster recovery planning, capacity management, and incident response.

• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies that drive business value and operational efficiency.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in enterprise-level system/network design and support.

• Deep expertise in cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid environments.

• Proven, hands-on experience with:

• Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama – not just basic familiarity, but recent, applied experience across real-world deployments. Looking for depth in areas such as security policies, threat prevention, and traffic segmentation.
• VXLAN and EVPN – you’ve worked extensively with these technologies in production, understand the design patterns, and can troubleshoot and scale them in complex environments.
• Juniper switching and routing
• OSPF, BGP
• Enterprise Wi-Fi, NAC, VPNs, and RADIUS/LDAP auth
• Linux/Windows, Infrastructure-as-Code (Ansible, Terraform), and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• • Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• • A proactive mindset with a bias for action, always looking to improve performance, security, and resilience.

✅Bonus Points

• Certifications: PCNSE, JNCIP/JNCIE, AWS/Azure certs, CCSP, ITIL

• Experience with monitoring, forensic investigation tools, and configuration management (Chef, Puppet, Ansible)

• Familiarity with agile or DevSecOps environments
