Implementation Engineer

We’re Hiring: Implementation Engineer - Junior-Mid Level Role (Remote – Australia Based)Do you have:

• Confidence in communicating with customers in project meetings and in guiding them through deployments?

In this role you’ll:

• Work in delivering end-to-end implementations - analysis and design to configuration, deployment, and support (with an experienced DevOps team leader and mentor)
• Plan and perform migration of users to newly developed solutions/updates
• Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering and Delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Assist in automating processes and optimising environments for reliability and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges quickly, with a focus on customer satisfaction

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 2+ years’ solid foundational experience as an Implementation Engineer (ideally in SaaS/ISV) - this is a junior to mid-level role.
• Are confident (or on your way to being confident) with Azure, SQL Server, CI/CD pipelines, scripting/automation, integrations and DevOps practices
• Microsoft Azure certification (AZ-104 or AZ-204) preferred though not essential
• Are an adept communicator – confident facilitating deployment run sheet walkthroughs with both internal and external stakeholders
• Naturally collaborate, build trust, and work inclusively with others
• Are action-oriented, detail-focused, and love solving complex problems
• Embrace change, seek out learning opportunities, and share knowledge generously
• Are willing to undergo a background/police check – required by ISMS/Customers
• Have experience in working within project teams
• Have experience implementing enterprise software solutions in customer-facing roles
• Are confident participating in project workshops with external stakeholders and helping to facilitate sessions on DevOps deployment processes
