Customer Success Manager
A fast-growing SaaS company operating within the construction sector is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support client success and help deliver meaningful outcomes for organisations using its technology platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to combine relationship management, technology adoption, and client engagement while working with businesses to improve performance, collaboration, and operational outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients throughout the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, engagement, and ongoing relationship management.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organisations, from operational teams through to senior leadership.
- Use customer insights, reporting, and data to identify opportunities, demonstrate value, and support client objectives.
- Support adoption initiatives, customer programmes, and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and support evolving client needs.
About You:
- 3+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
- Comfortable working with technology platforms, reporting tools, and customer data.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and projects.
- Experience within construction, technology, operations, or a related industry would be highly advantageous.
- A full driving licence is required, with flexibility to travel to client sites in Ireland approximately one to two times per month.
