Customer Success Manager

A fast-growing SaaS company operating within the construction sector is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support client success and help deliver meaningful outcomes for organisations using its technology platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to combine relationship management, technology adoption, and client engagement while working with businesses to improve performance, collaboration, and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients throughout the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, engagement, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organisations, from operational teams through to senior leadership.
  • Use customer insights, reporting, and data to identify opportunities, demonstrate value, and support client objectives.
  • Support adoption initiatives, customer programmes, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and support evolving client needs.

About You:

  • 3+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working with technology platforms, reporting tools, and customer data.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and projects.
  • Experience within construction, technology, operations, or a related industry would be highly advantageous.
  • A full driving licence is required, with flexibility to travel to client sites in Ireland approximately one to two times per month.
