DineLine AI is seeking a proven experienced sales professional to help convert strong market demand into paying restaurant customers.

DineLine AI is an Australian-founded AI voice ordering and reception platform built specifically for restaurants and hospitality businesses. Our technology answers calls, understands customer intent, takes restaurant orders, and dispatches structured workflows to POS, kitchen, SMS, payments, CRM, and delivery systems.

We solve a real problem: missed calls, lost orders, staff pressure, and poor customer experience during busy service periods.

DineLine AI has already achieved strong market momentum, including 2,130+ Australian venues in the first 12 months, over A$1.5 million invested in R&D, five generations of platform development, major national TV and PR coverage, and 24/7 sales and onboarding capability. We are building native AI technology, not a Vapi or Vibe-coded wrapper.

The Role

This is not a cold-start sales role. DineLine AI has active marketing and lead generation campaigns producing a continuous stream of inbound enquiries.

Your role is to convert qualified restaurant and hospitality leads into customers.

You will focus on selling. Our installation, onboarding, and support teams handle setup, training, and customer success. The job is remote and you can be located anywhere in Australia

What We’re Looking For

You must have:3 years + Existing Hospitality Technology experience (Square, Lightspeed, Toast, Oracle MICROS, Revel, Clover, etc.)

Nice to have:

  • Restaurant Operations Management sales experience with strong commercial skills
  • Customer Success or Implementation sales experience with Hospitality SaaS
  • Merchant Services / Payments Sales experience (Tyro, Stripe, EFTPOS providers)
  • Experience with SaaS Account Executives selling to SMBs
  • Hospitality supplier sales representatives (food, beverage, coffee, equipment)

Remuneration Package

Base Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 per annum (plus Superannuation), depending on experience and capability.

Performance Incentives: Performance bonuses linked to successful subscriber conversions, customer satisfaction, onboarding quality and achievement of key performance indicators.

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000 – $180,000+ per annum.
