Call Center Specialist

We are an international company looking for Call Centre Operators to join our team.

Key tasks: handle inbound and outbound calls; respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; provide accurate information; resolve issues; log interactions in the system.

We are looking for:

Clear phone manner and good listening skills

Basic computer skills

Fluency in at least one: Hindi, Urdu, Nepali, Bengali

We offer:

£13 per hour

Part-time schedule (flexible)
