As an IT Area Coordinator at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure the IT requirements run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally.

In this job you will:

• As a trusted provider of second tier technical support, internal customers will rely on you to resolve a variety of service requests in the most efficient and enduring manner.
• Drawing on your broad technical knowledge you will quickly assess and respond to issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business activity.
• With a solid customer orientation, you will be comfortable working face to face with customers, providing advice, support and assistance to end users at a number of levels within the organisation.
• You will be responsible for matters related to printer set up, operating systems, applications, customer relocations, networks, coordination of repairs via multiple vendors etc.
• You will work as part of the VIC IT team supporting local and remote users
  
  
  

You Have The Following Qualities & Qualifications

• Broad technical support experience in a Windows environment
• Practical understanding of networking technologies and systems
• Strong understanding of applications.
• Successful development of relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Relevant qualifications such as MCE, MCSE or tertiary IT education.
