This is an exciting opportunity to join Develop Digital as a Paid Media Manager.

You will play a critical role in building client strategy, analysing data and ensuring Meta & Google ad campaigns are launched, monitored, optimised and scaled efficiently. 

You will be responsible for spotting opportunities, building client strategies and campaign structures, staying ahead of industry trends and changes - particularly on updates such as Meta Andromeda. You’ll work closely with our Client Success Manager and creative team to efficiently communicate key client information and performance.

Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our clients and the agency.

‍What you’ll be doing: 

Paid Ad Campaign Strategy

  • Effective budget management between client campaigns and ad platforms to ensure client’s budgets are being spent efficiently
  • Leading account management with up-to-date strategies aligning with platform updates and shifts 
  • You take your own initiative to spot growth opportunities in ad accounts to meet client targets, not just listening to platform recommendations

Reading & Analysing Campaign Data

  • Daily monitoring of client accounts, completion of internal logs, using independent thinking to make optimisations to improve perfo
  • Work collaboratively with Client Success Manager (CSM) to analyse historic and present data to calculate realistic and accurate KPIs & budgets for clients

Industry Research - Future proofing with AI and platform changes

  • Keen understanding of future AI and platform changes in Meta and Google 
  • Forward planning and initiative-taking to shift client strategies ahead of any updates
  • You’re excited about AI-led strategies, familiar with the importance of a creative strategy and stay informed 

Team Communication

  • Facilitate effective communication with Client Success Manager, ensuring all relevant information is accurately conveyed and the client is informed at all times.
  • Ensure the CSM understands client performance, strategy and expectations.
  • Facilitate effective communication to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.

Creative Opportunity Spotting & Analysis

  • Collaborate with our internal creative team to ensure the accounts are well tested, updated and scaled with fresh creative concepts, rooted in data.
  • Proactively spot creative trends and opportunities in client accounts and action creative briefs with headlines and direction to the creative team to capitalise on performance
  • Read campaign data to identify winning or losing creatives, and bring fresh headlines and creative ideas to the team

The right person:

  • You have been an ad specialist or media buyer role in an agency for 1+ years
  • Proven experience in a paid advertising role, preferably working with ecommerce brands across Meta and Google Ads.
  • A proactive, independent-thinking and problem-solving mindset. 
  • Passionate about paid advertising and ecommerce - you’re constantly researching updates to platforms and strategies.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively between teams - you will be responsible for liaising with our client success manager and creative team on performance.
