About The Role
The National Account Manager - B2B Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth and operational excellence across assigned national B2B sales campaigns. This role serves as the primary liaison between Cydcor, our clients, and the independent field sales network, ensuring successful execution of campaign objectives while developing strong client and field relationships.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Fortune 500 clients and the independent field sales network supporting assigned campaigns
- Drive revenue, quality, and operational performance across assigned B2B campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve sales results and customer acquisition
- Partner with the independent field sales network to support successful campaign execution and reinforce client expectations, product knowledge, systems, and operational best practices
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and support successful campaign execution
- Prepare and present reporting, business reviews, and performance updates for clients and leadership
- Partner with the independent field sales network to promote consistent representation of client brands while supporting quality standards and customer experience objectives
- Collaborate with the independent field sales network to support revenue growth, quality execution, and achievement of campaign objectives
- Support new market launches and national campaign initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of sales or account management experience
- Experience supporting B2B sales programs, commercial accounts, or field sales organizations
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients
- Experience in outsourced sales, telecommunications, technology, or business services
- Experience supporting distributed sales organizations or independent sales networks
- Experience presenting business reviews and performance insights
