The Opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious individual to join us as a Lead Generation Trainer with the vision of growing into a Team Leader role. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build and scale our training division while directly impacting the success of business owners across various industries.

This is a full-time, remote position with significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Client Success

• Conduct 1-on-1 training sessions with business owners (typically 11 one-hour sessions per client)
• Guide clients through manual implementation of lead generation systems before automation
• Provide ongoing support and encouragement throughout the training process
• Ensure clients feel confident and supported in their journey

Relationship Building

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the training period
• Maintain enthusiasm and motivation throughout multi-session programs
• Help clients overcome challenges and stay committed to the process

Future Leadership Development

• Learn and master our complete training methodology
• Contribute to improving training materials and processes
• Prepare for eventual team management responsibilities
• Help establish scalable training procedures and standards

The Role Journey

Phase 1 (Months 1-3): Master our training methodology and build confidence with clients
