What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Receive inbound and perform outbound calls based on departmental needs
- Read, interpret, and apply step-by-step instructions in real-time during live calls
- Maintain consistency across high-volume interactions without cutting corners
- Follow structured workflows exactly as written, adhering strictly to processes
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and ticketing systems while troubleshooting billing, reporting, and product issues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work remotely and bring your own equipment
- Experience in handling high-volume interactions
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer support
- Detail-oriented with the ability to document interactions accurately
