What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Receive inbound and perform outbound calls based on departmental needs
  • Read, interpret, and apply step-by-step instructions in real-time during live calls
  • Maintain consistency across high-volume interactions without cutting corners
  • Follow structured workflows exactly as written, adhering strictly to processes
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and ticketing systems while troubleshooting billing, reporting, and product issues
