Virtual Assistant (Short-Term Rental) | Remote

We're a growing short-term rental company seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (STR) to support our daily operations. If you have experience in vacation rentals, guest communication, and property management systems, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest communication before, during, and after stays
• Respond to inquiries and booking requests across multiple platforms
• Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors
• Monitor reservations, calendars, and occupancy
• Assist with listing updates and optimization
• Handle guest issues and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records and operational reports
• Support day-to-day property management tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in the Short-Term Rental (STR) industry
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or similar
• Familiarity with PMS tools such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Lodgify, OwnerRez, or Cloudbeds
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
• Availability to work weekends or flexible shifts when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple properties
• Knowledge of revenue management and dynamic pricing tools
• Experience with OTA dispute resolution and review management
